Instructions:
1. Clean the leaves: Rinse fresh guava leaves under cold water to remove dust or impurities.

3. Add the leaves: Once boiling, add guava leaves and reduce heat to low.
4. Simmer: Let the leaves simmer for 10–15 minutes.
5. Strain and serve: Turn off the heat, strain the tea into a cup, and discard the leaves.
6. Optional additions: Add lemon juice or honey if desired.
7. Drink warm: Best consumed warm, once or twice a day, preferably between meals.
