4 pita breads or flatbreads
1 cup shredded lettuce or baby spinach
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
Marinate chicken: Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken and marinate 30 min (up to 4 hours).
