½ cup basil pesto

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

For garnish

1 cup fresh arugula (or baby spinach)

Instructions

Preheat oven

Transfer flatbreads to the hot baking sheet or pizza stone.
