Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
2️⃣ Prepare vegetables and sausage
Steam broccoli and cauliflower for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
Slice sausages and cook lightly in a pan for 2–3 minutes.
Combine vegetables and sausage in the baking dish.
3️⃣ Make creamy sauce
In a bowl, whisk cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4️⃣ Assemble gratin
Pour the sauce evenly over the vegetables and sausage.
