Texas Trash Dip Recipe
Ingredient1 can refried beans (16 oz)
1 package cream cheese (8 oz, softened)
1 cup sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Optional toppings: sliced olives, green onions, jalapeños, sals
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
2. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
3. Spread refried beans into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the beans.
5. Sprinkle with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese generously.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubb
7. Top with olives, green onions, or jalapeños (optional).
8. Serve warm with tortilla chips.It’s creamy, cheesy, and has that Tex-Mex kic
