4 large eggs
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Slice and enjoy warm or chilled!
Notes & Tips
The sweetness depends on the apples — the sweeter they are, the better the flavor!
For extra richness, add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. It tastes even better the next day!
Optional: Top with a spoonful of Greek yogurt or crushed nuts for added protein and crunch.
