Honey-Chili Glazed Salmon with Roasted Cauliflower, Sautéed Zucchini & Garden Greens
A beautiful, nourishing plate full of flavor and color! Juicy glazed salmon paired with roasted cauliflower, golden sautéed zucchini slices, and a fresh mixed-green salad with tomatoes. Light, wholesome, and delicious.
For the Honey-Chili Salmon
1 salmon fillet
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp chili flakes (or less for mild)
1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
1 sp lemon juice
Salt & pepper
For the Roasted Cauliflower
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
For the Sautéed Zucchini
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Optional: garlic powder or Italian herbs
For the Garden Salad
1 cup mixed greens (spring mix or lettuce)
½ cup chopped tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp lemon juice or balsamic
Salt & pepper
1. Roast the Cauliflower
Toss florets with oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
2. Cook the Salmon
Mix honey, chili flakes, soy sauce (optional), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Coat salmon with the glaze.
Bake: 400°F (205°C) for 12–14 minutes.
Or Pan-Sear: Cook 4–5 minutes per side, brushing glaze on top.
Spoon extra glaze over the salmon after cooking.
3. Sauté the Zucchini
Add oil to a skillet over medium heat.
Sear zucchini slices until lightly golden and softened, 4–6 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
4. Build the Salad
Mix greens and tomatoes.
Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon or balsamic.
5. Serve
Plate the salmon, roasted cauliflower, sautéed zucchini, and fresh salad together for a gorgeous, balanced meal.
