Grilled Salmon & Fresh Garden Salad
All you need is:
– 4 oz wild-caught salmon fillets
– 4 cups mixed greens (romaine, spinach, arugula)
Ingredients
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 cucumber, sliced
– 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp Dijon mustard
– 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
