1. Prepare the Chicken Wings

Pat wings dry.

Toss with olive oil and all spices: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

Pan-Sear: Cook in a hot skillet for 8–10 minutes, turning until charred and cooked through.

OR Oven: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 35–40 minutes.

OR Air Fryer: 400°F (200°C) for 20–22 minutes.

Finish with optional lemon juice.

2. Make the Fries

Toss cut potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Bake: 425°F (220°C) for 25 minutes (flip halfway).

OR Air-Fry: 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes.

OR Pan-Fry: Shallow-fry until golden and crispy.

3. Build the Greek-Style Salad

Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in a bowl.

Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Top with feta.

Drizzle dressing over and toss.

4. Assemble the Plate
