⅓ cup BBQ sauce (smoky, slightly sweet)

Wrap Filling

4 large flour tortillas or flatbreads

1 cup sharp cheddar, grated

1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

Creamy Zesty Drizzle

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

1 tsp honey

Instructions

1. Roast the Cauliflower

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

Toss cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Roast for 18–20 minutes, flipping once, until deeply golden and crisp.

Toss hot cauliflower with BBQ sauce and return to oven for 5 minutes to caramelize.

2. Make the Zesty Drizzle

Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3. Assemble the Wraps

Warm tortillas.

Sprinkle cheddar down the center.

Add hot BBQ cauliflower (cheese will melt).
