Ingredients
Chicken
4 chicken breasts (or thighs)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Caesar Sauce
½ cup Caesar dressing
½ cup cooking cream or heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup chicken stock
To Finish
Extra Parmesan
Fresh parsley or basil
Instructions
1. Sear the Chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken until golden, 5–6 minutes per side.
Remove to a plate (it will finish cooking in the sauce).
2. Make the Sauce
Lower heat to medium.
Add garlic to the same pan and sauté 30 seconds.
Stir in Caesar dressing, cream, lemon juice, Dijon, and Parmesan.
Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
Add chicken stock if sauce is too thick.
3. Finish the Chicken
Return chicken to the pan.
Spoon sauce over the top and simmer 5–7 minutes until chicken is cooked through and coated in sauce.
4. Serve
Finish with extra Parmesan and herbs.
