Ingredients

2 medium zucchini

2 tbsp olive oil

⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional :

2 tbsp breadcrumbs or almond flour

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Prepare zucchini

Wash zucchini and cut into fry-shaped sticks.

Pat dry well with a paper towel (important for crispiness).

3️⃣ Season

In a bowl, toss zucchini with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Add breadcrumbs or almond flour if using.

4️⃣ Bake

Spread zucchini fries in a single layer on the tray (do not overcrowd).

Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

5️⃣ Serve

Serve hot with yogurt dip, garlic sauce, or marinara.
