¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese

Honey Vinaigrette

2 tbsp olive oil

1½ tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

1 tsp honey

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions
