Ingredients
Greek Chicken
2 chicken breasts, diced
1½ tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp garlic powder (or 1 fresh clove, minced)
½ tsp paprika (optional, mild)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Juice of ½ lemon
Wrap Filling
1 ripe avocado, sliced or diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp cucumber, finely diced
2 tbsp red onion, very finely chopped (optional)
Yogurt Sauce
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
Salt, to taste
Wraps
Butter lettuce or romaine leaves (8–10 large leaves)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chicken, oregano, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring, until golden and cooked through.
Finish with lemon juice and remove from heat.
2️⃣ Prepare the sauce
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, and salt.
3️⃣ Assemble wraps
Lay lettuce leaves flat.
Add cooked chicken, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
Drizzle with yogurt sauce.
4️⃣ Serve
