Turkey Filling

500 g ground turkey

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

½ cup water

Taco Shells

8 small tortillas (corn or flour)

Toppings

1 cup shredded lettuce

½ cup diced tomatoes

1 avocado, sliced

¼ cup shredded cheese

2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream

Fresh cilantro

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the turkey

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

2️⃣ Brown the meat

Add ground turkey and cook for 5–6 minutes, breaking it apart until browned.

3️⃣ Add seasoning

Stir in tomato paste, paprika, cumin, oregano, and salt.

Add water and simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thick.

4️⃣ Warm tortillas

Heat tortillas in a pan or microwave for about 30 seconds.

5️⃣ Assemble tacos

Fill tortillas with turkey mixture and add toppings.

6️⃣ Serve

Finish with lime juice and enjoy immediately.
