Instructions
1️⃣ Roast the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

2️⃣ Prepare the Meatballs
In a bowl mix ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Form small meatballs.
3️⃣ Cook the Meatballs
Heat a skillet with a little olive oil over medium heat.
Cook meatballs 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
