4 medium potatoes, cubed
1 red onion, sliced

Seasoning
1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 cup cherry tomatoes
½ bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2️⃣ Prepare Ingredients
Cut potatoes into medium cubes and slice onion.
