 Ingredients

200 g pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)

1 cup cottage cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped

¼ cup reserved pasta water

Cherry tomatoes

 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.

2️⃣ Blend the Sauce

Blend cottage cheese with Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until smooth.

3️⃣ Sauté the Garlic

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

4️⃣ Combine Everything

Add cooked pasta to the skillet.

Pour in the blended cottage cheese sauce and a little pasta water. Toss until creamy and well coated.

5️⃣ Serve

Top with fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, and black pepper.
