Cheesy Beef Egg Rolls are a crispy, golden-brown appetizer filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and a creamy sauce wrapped inside crunchy egg roll wrappers. These delicious rolls combine the flavors of a cheeseburger with the satisfying crunch of fried egg rolls. Perfect for parties, game nights, snacks, or family dinners, they’re easy to make and incredibly addictive.

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
3. Prepare the Filling
Remove the beef from heat and let it cool slightly. Mix with shredded cheddar cheese and a little burger sauce.

Lay an egg roll wrapper flat. Add 2–3 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center. Sprinkle extra cheese.
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, then roll tightly.

Heat oil in a pan to about 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls for 3–4 minutes, turning until golden brown and crispy.
6. Drain and Serve
Remove from oil and place on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
