Ingredients
2 grilled chicken breasts
1 avocado
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumber
Corn kernels
Salad greens
Guacamole
Olive oil
Chili flakes
Salt and pepper
Lime juice
Instructions
Cook chicken breasts in a hot skillet for about 10–12 minutes, turning halfway.
Slice the chicken into strips once slightly cooled.
In a serving bowl, layer lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, and avocado.
Add the sliced chicken and a spoonful of guacamole on top.
Season with lime juice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper before serving.
