Instructions
1. Cook the Rice
Wash the basmati rice 2–3 times until water runs clear.
In a pot, add rice, water, salt, and butter.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.

2. Prepare the Fries
Peel and cut potatoes into thin fries.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Fry potatoes until golden and crispy (about 6–8 minutes).

3. Cook the Chicken & Peppers
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
