 Ingredients

For the Chicken Fajitas

2 chicken breasts, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp oregano

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Vegetables

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

For the Tacos

8 small tortillas or pita brea

1 cup chopped lettuce

1 tomato, diced

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tbsp chopped parsley

Tzatziki Sauce

1 cup Greek yogurt

½ cucumber, grated add squeezed dry

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 small garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

 Instructions

1. Season the Chicken

In a bowl toss sliced chicken with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

2. Cook the Chicken

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes until browned and cooked through.

3. Sauté the Vegetables

In the same pan cook the sliced peppers and onion for 3–4 minutes until tender but slightly crisp.

4. Prepare the Tzatziki

In a bowl mix:

lemon juice

garlic

olive oil

salt and pepper

5. Assemble the Tacos

Fill each tortilla with:
