Ingredients
For the Chicken

1 cup shredded cabbage
½ cup julienned carrots
½ cucumber, sliced
½ red bell pepper, sliced
¼ cup green onions, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Choose one:
1 cup cooked jasmine rice
brown rice
quinoa
lettuce or mixed greens (for a low-carb bowl)
Homemade Bang Bang Sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for healthier version)
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp sriracha (adjust for spice)
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lime juice
½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken
Season chicken pieces with:

garlic powder
chili powder
Mix well so the spices coat the chicken evenly.
2. Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken pieces for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
3. Make the Bang Bang Sauce
In a small bowl mix:
mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
sweet chili sauce
sriracha
honey
lime juice
garlic powder
Whisk until smooth.
4. Toss the Chicken
Add half the Bang Bang sauce to the cooked chicken and toss until coated.
Reserve the remaining sauce for drizzling.
5. Prepare the Veggies
Wash and slice:
cabbage
carrots
cucumber
bell pepper
green onions
These vegetables add freshness and crunch.
