1 egg
2–3 tbsp cold water

⅓ cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp chili sauce (optional for heat)
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper.
Add egg and a little cold water to make a light batter.
Toss shrimp until well coated.
2. Fry the Shrimp
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Fry shrimp in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove and place on paper towels.

3. Make the Honey Glaze
In a pan, add honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, and chili sauce.
Cook for 2–3 minutes on medium heat.
Add vinegar/lemon juice.

Add crispy shrimp into the glaze.
Toss quickly to coat evenly.
