3 cups potatoes, cubed

Tzatziki Sauce
1 cup Greek Yogurt
½ cucumber, grated and drained

1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh dill

Instructions
1. Roast the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Toss potatoes with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
2. Prepare Meatballs
In a bowl mix:
ground meat
egg
breadcrumbs
parsley, mint
garlic
oregano, cumin
salt and pepper
Form into small meatballs.
3. Cook Meatballs
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook meatballs for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
4. Make Tzatziki
Mix yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper until creamy.
5. Assemble the Bowl
Add roasted potatoes, meatballs, and fresh salad to a bowl.
Top with feta cheese.
6. Serve
Drizzle generously with tzatziki sauce and garnish with herbs.
