1 carrot (julienned or shredded)

½ cucumber (sliced)

1 avocado (sliced)

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Tofu

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Fry tofu cubes for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and crispy on all sides.

Remove and set aside.

Bring to a simmer.

Add cornstarch slurry and stir until thick and glossy (2–3 minutes).

Add crispy tofu to the sauce.

Toss gently until evenly coated.

5. Assemble the Bowl

Add rice to a bowl.

Arrange tofu, broccoli, carrot, cucumber, and avocado on top.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions.

Tips

For extra crispiness, bake tofu at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes instead of frying.

Add chili flakes or sriracha for a spicy kick.

Swap rice with quinoa or noodles for variation.
