Ingredients

Salad

2 cups tomatoes (cherry or chopped)

½ cup olives (black or green)

½ cucumber, sliced

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Croutons

1–2 cups bread cubes

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

Pinch salt

Dressing

2 tbsp olive oil
