Ingredients

Halloumi

200–250 g halloumi cheese, sliced

1 tsp olive oil

Salad Base

2 cups mixed greens or lettuce

1 cup cherry tomatoes

½ cucumber, sliced

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

¼ avocado, sliced

Dressing

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Honey

½ tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
