Ingredients

2 eggs

⅓ cup oil (or melted butter)

⅓ cup honey or maple syrupy

1 tsp vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

1½ cups flour (or oat flour)

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

Pinch salt

1 cup grated zucchini (squeezed dry)

1 cup grated apple

¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients

In a bowl whisk:

3. Combine Dry Ingredients

In another bowl mix:

flour

baking soda

cinnamon

nutmeg

salt

4. Combine Batter
