Turmeric Ginger Immunity Blend
Description

Ingredients

- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 3–4 tbsp raw honey
Instructions
1. Mix
- In a small jar, combine:

- Ginger
- Cinnamon
- Lemon juice
- Honey
- Stir well until it forms a thick paste
2. Store
- Keep in a sealed jar in the refrigerator
- Use within 1–2 weeks
3. How to take
- Take 1 teaspoon daily
- You can:

- Mix into warm water or tea
