1 bunch Asparagus (trimmed)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 minced garlic clove

Instructions
1. Roast the herb potatoes
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Toss potato cubes with olive oil, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread on baking tray.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
2. Cook the salmon
Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Season salmon with salt and pepper.
Heat pan on medium-high heat.
Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side.
Pour sauce into pan and simmer until thick and sticky, coating salmon.
3. Make cheesy asparagus
Melt butter in a pan.
Add asparagus and sauté 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Add garlic, salt, and pepper.
