A solid block works best for baking — it holds its shape and softens evenly. Crumbled feta may dry out.

Is this dish vegetarian?
Yes — just be sure your feta is made with vegetarian rennet.

Can I make it in an air fryer?
Yes! Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 10–12 minutes in a small heat-safe dish.
