Guacamole Bacon Grilled Cheese
Golden, buttery grilled bread stuffed with melty cheese, smoky bacon, and creamy fresh guacamole. Crunchy outside, oozy inside, and wildly satisfying.

Ingredients
Guacamole
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Sandwich
4 slices bread (sourdough, white, or whole wheat)
4–6 slices cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or a mix)
4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Make Guacamole
Mash avocado with lemon juice, onion, salt, and pepper.
Keep slightly chunky for best texture.
2. Assemble Sandwich
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place bread butter-side down.
Layer: cheese → bacon → guacamole → cheese.
Top with second slice of bread (butter-side up).
3. Grill
Heat a pan over medium-low heat.
Cook sandwich 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
