Ingredients

Chicken Tikka

2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Bowl Base

1½ cups cooked rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice

1 cup cucumber, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ avocado, sliced

Yogurt Sauce

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley

Pinch salt

Instructions

1️⃣ Marinate the chicken

In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic, turmeric, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken cubes and coat well.

Marinate for 20–30 minutes if possible.

2️⃣ Air fry the chicken

Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

Place chicken pieces in the basket in a single layer.

Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
