 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

2️⃣ Sauté Vegetables

3️⃣ Prepare Egg Mixture

In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, feta, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4️⃣ Combine & Cook

Pour egg mixture over sautéed vegetables in the skillet.

Cook over medium heat 2–3 minutes until edges start to set.

5️⃣ Bake

Transfer skillet to oven and bake 12–15 minutes until frittata is fully set and lightly golden.

6️⃣ Serve

Let cool 2 minutes, slice, garnish with herbs and extra feta, and serve warm
