Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp cornstarch

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Cut the Sweet Potatoes

Peel the sweet potatoes (optional) and cut into even thin fries for consistent cooking.

3️⃣ Season the Fries
