Anti-Inflammatory Green Juice 

Ingredients

  • 2 green apples

  • 2 cucumbers

  • 4 stalks celery

  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach

  • 1 small knob of fresh ginger (about 1 inch)

Optional (for extra flavor)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ½ teaspoon turmeric

  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water

Instructions

  1. Wash the ingredients
    Thoroughly wash the apples, cucumbers, celery, and spinach.

  2. Prepare the produce

    • Core the apples and cut into chunks.

    • Chop cucumbers and celery into smaller pieces.

    • Peel the ginger if desired.

  3. Juicer Method
    Feed all ingredients through a juicer:
    apples → cucumbers → celery → spinach → ginger.

  4. Blender Method (Alternative)

    • Add all ingredients to a blender.

    • Add ½ cup water.

    • Blend until smooth.

    • Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth if you prefer smoother juice.

  5. Serve
    Stir well and serve immediately over ice if desired.

Tips

  • Best consumed fresh in the morning for maximum nutrients.

  • Store in the refrigerator up to 24 hours in an airtight jar.

  • Add pineapple or lemon for a sweeter flavor.
