Juicy seasoned Ground Beef (or chicken) is served over crisp greens with Mediterranean toppings like cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and creamy Feta Cheese, finished with a tangy sauce.It’s a high-protein, low-carb, flavor-packed meal perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Ingredients

Burger Patties

1 lb ground beef (or chicken/turkey)

1 tsp oregano

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt and pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

Bowl Base

2 cups lettuce or mixed greens

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cucumber, diced

¼ red onion, sliced

¼ cup olives

Toppings

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tbsp hummus

Sauce

½ cup Greek Yogurt

½ cucumber, grated and drained

1 garlic clove

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp olive oil

Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare Patties

In a bowl mix ground beef with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Form into patties.

2. Cook Patties

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
Let rest, then slice or keep whole.

3. Make Sauce

Mix yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

4. Assemble the Bowl

Layer greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives.
Add burger patties on top.

5. Finish & Serve

Top with feta and hummus.
Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and serve.
