  1. I have 2liters of ginger tea every
    DAY
    I use Rooibos tea from South Africa with half a teaspoon grated ginger in a little bag and two bags of tea which I then cook on low for ten minutes in the microwave. Ad two tea spoons full monk sugar.very nice and the tea is cafehin free.
