  • A pound of ground chicken
  • 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper
  • One tablespoon olive oil
  • One teaspoon sauce
  • One-fourth teaspoon smoked paprika
  • One-fourth teaspoon garlic powder

  • In a mixing basin, combine all the ingredients and well mix.
    Form the ingredients into four equal-sized patties using your slightly moistened hands.
  • The chicken patties should be added to an air fryer basket that has been oiled. Air fried for 12 minutes at 180C/350F, turning halfway through.
  • After assembling, let the patties sit for five minutes before serving.

Remarks

  • STORE. For three to four days, store the remaining ground chicken patties in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and stored in an airtight container or ziplock bag.
  • TO GO BLUE. Both before and after cooking, the homemade chicken patties freeze well (leave them cool before storing). Using wax or parchment paper to divide each patty, store them in an airtight container or ziplock bag and freeze for up to three months.
  • TO WARM UP. Place the frozen or thawed patties back into the air fryer and reheat for 5 to 8 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or until thoroughly warmed.
