Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), usually about 25-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken pieces. For crispy skin, you can start by baking the chicken uncovered and then broil it for the last few minutes. Stir-Fried Chicken: Cut the chicken into thin strips or bite-sized pieces for quick and even cooking. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat and add oil. Stir-fry the chicken until it's cooked through and slightly browned on the edges. You can add vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, or snap peas for a colorful and nutritious meal. Season with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and other desired seasonings for flavor. Chicken Soup: Start by sautéing aromatics like onions, carrots, and celery in a large pot until they're soft and fragrant. Add chicken broth or stock to the pot and bring it to a simmer. Add diced or shredded cooked chicken to the broth and simmer until heated through. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and herbs like thyme or parsley. You can also add cooked pasta, rice, or vegetables to make it heartier. Remember to always handle chicken safely to prevent foodborne illnesses. Use separate cutting boards for raw chicken and other ingredients, and wash your hands and surfaces thoroughly after handling raw chicken.
