Baked Chicken Stuffed Crescent Rolls Recipe
These baked chicken stuffed crescent rolls are an easy and delicious meal perfect for a quick dinner, appetizer, or snack. Flaky crescent roll dough is filled with creamy, seasoned chicken and cheese, then baked to golden perfection.
Ingredients
For the Filling:
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
¼ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)
For the Rolls:
1 (8-count) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 tsp of olive oil
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (or dried parsley)
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Baking Sheet
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and spices.
Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.
3. Assemble the Crescent Rolls
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
Place 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Carefully roll up each crescent roll, starting from the wide end, enclosing the filling.
4. Brush with olive oil & Seasoning
Place the stuffed rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
5. Bake
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and fully cooked.
6. Serve
