Baked Feta Potatoes

- 1-2 large baking potatoes (400-500 g)
- 1 block of feta cheese (200 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (1 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (1 g)
- 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
- 1 head garlic (top cut off)
- 1 lemon, quartered (100-120 g)
- 1 tablespoon honey (15 g)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (20 g)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash the potatoes (400-500 g) and cut them into wedges or halves.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the 200 g block of feta in the center of the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the potatoes and feta with 2 tablespoons (30 g) olive oil.
- Sprinkle evenly with 1 teaspoon dried thyme (1 g),
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (1 g),
- 1 teaspoon salt (5 g), and 1 teaspoon black pepper (2 g).
- Add the head of garlic (top cut off) and the quartered lemon (100-120 g) to the baking sheet.

2. Don’t overmix: Mix the feta and potato mixture just until combined to avoid a dense, tough texture.
