Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:(Servings: 8 slice)

1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

8 oz burrata cheese

1 cup fresh basil leaves

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)

Directions

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to heat.

In a small bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into your desired shape. Brush the dough with a little olive oil.

Spread the shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

While the pizza is baking, tear the burrata cheese into pieces and set aside.

Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven. Top with the marinated cherry tomatoes, pieces of burrata, and fresh basil leaves.

Drizzle with honey, if desired, and slice to serve.
