For the Sauce:

6 slices bacon, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup BBQ sauce (use your favorite)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Drizzle a little olive oil over it to prevent sticking.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy.

Remove bacon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet (discard the rest).

Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
