Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa

Ingredients

For the Casserole:

1 (16 oz) package frozen perogies (cheddar or potato-filled)

1 lb smoked kielbasa (sliced into ¼-inch rounds)

1 cup sour cream

1 (10.5 oz) can of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

½ cup milk

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 small onion (diced)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp dried thyme (optional)

For Topping (Optional):

½ cup bacon bits

¼ cup green onions or fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

1. Assemble the Ingredients

1. Spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Add frozen perogies and sliced kielbasa to the crockpot.

3. Sprinkle diced onion and garlic over the top.

4. In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup, milk, black pepper, paprika, and thyme.
