- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Garlic Parmesan Topping:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C. Grease a baking sheet gently or line it with parchment paper.
Get the meatloaves ready:
Ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, chopped garlic, egg, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a big mixing basin. Take care not to overmix; only mix until barely mixed.
Form the Meat Loafs:
Separate the ingredients into four equal parts, then form each part into a little loaf. Put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared.
Get the topping ready:
Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
Put the Topping Here:
Scoop out the garlic. Evenly distribute the Parmesan topping over each meatloaf.
Cook:
The meatloaves should be baked for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven, or until they are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serve:
Before serving, let the meatloaves a few minutes to rest. Savour them hot, by themselves or paired with your preferred side dishes!
These tasty meatloaves with garlic and parmesan cheese are a terrific choice for supper.
