Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings
Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings are tender, crispy wings seasoned with a zesty lemon pepper mix and served with a creamy lemon aioli for dipping. Perfect for a flavorful and easy appetizer or main dish!
Ingredients:
For the Wings:
* 2 lbs chicken wings
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp lemon zest
* 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* Salt, to taste
* Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Lemon Aioli:
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Set your grill to medium-high heat to prepare for cooking.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
3. Toss the chicken wings in the seasoning.
4. Place the wings on the preheated grill.
5. Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the wings are crispy and fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
6. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
7. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
8. Arrange the grilled wings on a platter.
9. Optionally drizzle with additional lemon juice, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with the lemon aioli for dipping.
