Ingredients

For the Chicken:
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
1. Prep the Chicken
1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
2. Place between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness (about ¾ inch) for even cooking.
3. Rub with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika. Let sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
2. Cook the Chicken
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil or butter.
2. Place the chicken in the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes without moving it. Flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
3. Remove from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
3. Make the Garlic Herb Butter
1. In the same pan, reduce heat to low and add 2 tbsp butter.
2. Stir in the minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Saute for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Pour the garlic herb butter over the cooked chicken and serve immediately.
