Ingredients:

Flatbread & Sauce:

1 cup cooked shredded chicken (seasoned with salt, pepper, and oregano)

5-6 asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into smaller pieces

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Garnish:

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp balsamic glaze or a squeeze of fresh lemon

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the base: Brush the flatbread with olive oil. Spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt or hummus, then sprinkle with minced garlic.

Add toppings: Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, asparagus, red onions, mozzarella, and feta.

Sprinkle with oregano and red pepper flakes.

Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
